Booking terms

We are pleased to offer one of our lakeside cabins to you.

When you proceed and enter "book now" you send a booking request but you do not need to pay yet.

We will confirm availability and price and then send the booking documents.

If you want to fulfill the booking you pay 25 % of the rent to our bank account in Sweden within three days after receiving the booking confirmation.
The final payment has to be made six weeks ahead of your staying.

If you cancel six weeks or earlier before your booked staying the cancelation fee is 25 %.
Later cancelation than six weeks before your booked staying will mean that we can keep the entire payment.
But we always try to consider you cancelation fees in case you make another booking with us later.
